Dazed Return Procedure

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped with tracking, and in a protective box to prevent further damage. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our warranty and refund policy or any policy on our website, please call us at (615)-212-5807 BEFORE placing your order. Orders placed constitute an agreement with our Terms of Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Warranty & Refund Policies respectively.

Return Eligibility:

At Dazed.Shop, we strive for customer satisfaction. To ensure a smooth return process, please review our return eligibility criteria:

  • Defective Products: Items that are defective or malfunctioning upon receipt.
  • Unsold Items: Products that have not been sold and remain in their original condition.

Return Instructions:

For Defective Products:

All returned merchandise will be tested by our staff. If we find that there was nothing wrong with the item, or the item was damaged through improper use, you will be responsible for return shipping costs should you request the item be returned to you. However, if the item is, in fact, defective or malfunctioning, we will ship you a new replacement at our expense.

Documentation:

  • Take a video showcasing the product’s behavior, including the startup process.
  • Ensure the video captures any barcodes or serial numbers on the device.

Invoice Identification:

  • Locate the invoice of purchase containing the invoice number and date. You can access invoices by logging into your account on our website.

Submission:

  • Send an email to orders@dazed8.com.
  • Include the full product name in the subject line.
  • In the email body, provide:
    • Invoice number and date of purchase.
    • Detailed description of the problem.
    • Attach the video.
    • Your name, title, company name, and contact information.

Processing:

  • Our team will forward and process the documentation.
  • Upon approval from our quality assurance team, a return authorization number will be issued.
  • We will replace the defective product on your next order or as soon as it becomes available in stock.

For Unsold Items:

Eligibility Check:

  • Unsold items must be returned within 30 days after receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Return Request:

  • Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

Approval and Restocking Fee:

  • Our team will assess the eligibility of the return.
  • Approved returns will incur a restocking fee as follows:
    • Within 30 days: 15% restocking fee.
  • Under extreme circumstances, we may choose to accept returns past the 30 day window. Should your return be approved, the restocking fee will be as follows:
    • 31-60 days: 25% restocking fee.
    • 61-90 days: 35% restocking fee.
    • 90-120 days: 50% restocking fee.
